“I alone can not change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” – Mother Teresa
Life Leadership continues to make progress towards its mission of reaching a million or more people by expanding its operations into new territories. Wherever there are people looking to increase their leadership effectiveness, make a difference in the world and live a better life, that’s where Life Leadership wants to be. On August 1st, 2015, Life Leadership opened for business in St. Lucia. However, despite the fact that the company just opened its doors there, Life Leadership Members living in St. Lucia immediately bought into the Life on Life Initiative!
On Sunday, November 29th, 2015, Life Leadership was featured on the local news in Castries, St. Lucia, when a group of 25 Life Leadership Members and families showed up to participate in the Vigie beach clean-up!
DBS TV Station in St. Lucia showed clips on the Monday evening and Tuesday morning news:

Teamwork was a major factor in the Vigie beach clean-up project. This Life Leadership crew worked together for over three hours picking up small items like bottle caps, crushed styrofoam, bottles and cans and large items like tires and boat seats. The final total was a pile of trash four feet tall x four feet long x six feet wide – it was an entire truck-load full of garbage.
A local photographer, Life Leadership Member Kirk Elliott, had the idea for the beach clean-up knowing that the #1 economic producer on the island was tourism. He knew that in order to have a thriving economy, the island needed to have consistent tourist traffic and beautiful beaches to visit.
“We loved the fact that we were making a difference in our community. And we loved the association with other Life Members.” – Irvin & Naomi Smith (Life Leadership Members)
“What impacted me the most was living out the quote by RG LeTourneau ‘…Before you can substitute a new way of life for the old, you have to prove that the new way of life is better.’ To be a part of Life Leadership is to be a part of a holistic solution to cultural issues. Life Leadership’s use of the Financial Matrix to bring people together under compensated communities gives way to the vision of attainable results. We can all attribute to a cleaner life, culture and environment by working together.” – TJ Schneider (Life Leadership Member)
