“Do all the good you can, wherever you can, whenever you can, in any way you can.” – Chris Brady
The following Life on Life story was submitted by Life Member, Hope Szymanski:
One of the best things about Life is its Life on Life Initiative! I absolutely love that the company places its core values in the Word of God through giving back so selflessly!
Recently, our Life team from Minnesota organized a Life on Life event to benefit the homeless in our local area. Life Members from all over the Twin Cities were involved in the packing.
Julie Vrieze, Krista Davis, and Kristine Oppong organized the event, and many willing hands helped pack items such as bottled water, oatmeal, coffee, protein bars, Kleenex, razors, shampoo, lotion, socks, first aid kits, toothpaste and toothbrushes, deodorant, and more into gallon bags. After we finished, we prayed over the bags and gave them to Julie Vrieze who was in charge of taking the bags to a friend of hers who has a ministry for the homeless!
We are incredibly grateful to Life and its Founders for encouraging such behavior in this community! It’s a wonderful way to spread Christ’s message of love to others. 😊
“It means so much to be part of a community of people who truly care about making a difference in this world, and I can’t imagine being associated with any other group. Being a part of the Life community has taught me that to know the truth and to be free isn’t enough, you must also tell others about it and also help them, if needed.” – Hope Szymanski
That’s why we love Life, and that’s why we will always serve!
Because not only does the Life on Life Initiative bless people in need, but it also blesses those who participate in the events. The overwhelming feeling of doing something of purpose is absolutely incredible and being able to do it with your team is even better!
It is our prayer that the people who receive these blessing bags would be touched in a supernatural way and that they would come to know the One we strive to serve wholeheartedly.
Thank you to everyone from Team Results, under the leadership of Bob and Tina Rasmussen, who helped to provide blessing bags to people in need. Your example is an inspiration!
