“If you do not have a spot in your life where you are giving selflessly with no possibility of a return, you are living a hollow existence.” -Chris Brady
There are countless stories coming in of Life Leadership Members participating in events that represent the new Life on Life Initiative. It has been heart-warming and humbling to dig deep into each of these reports. All across social media and various communication networks, snippets are being featured about the charities, causes and people that are being supported by the selfless men and women who are serving in their communities.
At Life Leadership’s 2015 Summer Leadership Convention, CEO and Creative Director, Chris Brady, organized and shared an entire talk that explained exactly what the LIFE on Life Initiative is all about. The announcement of “magnet-bombing” for charity went viral around the country–and even across borders–as people pair two key parts of our motto together: Having Fun and Making a Difference! Business teams all over have elected to coordinate many of their promotional events around community service outreaches. Corporately, even the Life Leadership employees are getting involved by serving alongside a literacy initiative.
“With our huge community spread out across all of our different markets, we can make a real difference in the lives of people who need help functioning in society.” –Chris Brady

If you have already participated in, organized or are planning to partake in a LIFE on Life Initiative, please send us your stories! We would love to feature them on this blog. In order to produce a story, we will need:
- Information – Where did you serve? What did you do? How many people participated?
- Quotes from Life Leadership participants and/or the leadership of the organization where you served – What was your favorite part, and what kind of impact did participating in the event make on you?
- Pictures – …of your team…of those being helped…with banners (preferably)…of you SERVING! 🙂
Once you’ve gathered everything and the event is over, you can e-mail us at:
kristen.seidl@lifeleadership.com
We look forward to hearing about and sharing your Life on Life stories on this blog, as Life Leadership continues to impact millions of lives all over the globe!

It is so amazing to be a part of a business that really really cares about the community. We are changing so many lives, through our information, through associating with incredible people who want to make a difference in people’s lives, and with all of the charity work being done in communities throughout the world. We are so blessed to be involved in a business that continuously blesses others!! Loving Life Leadership!!

Life on life to me is a huge eye opener to get my eyes off just myself, my world and think about what i can do to help those in need who can’t help themselves. I love what life leadership stands for and our leaders who are helping us think deeper thoughts and paying us to do what we should be doing anyway!!
Matt Mielke says
I love Life on life! This initiative has raised the bar on my spiritual and leadership journey for sure. There is a fascinating verse in the bible 1Chronicles 4:10, where Jabez has an amazing prayer recorded for us to learn and use ourselves. “Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my border, and that your hand might be with me, and you would keep me from harm so that it might not bring me pain.” ESV
When I joined LIFE leadership years ago that was my prayer (and still is), what I didn’t realize was how much God was going to do to fulfill that prayer. Just last week I met with a gentleman, Arn Quakkalar, that has spent the majority of the second half of his life called to serve the “invisible” people of our society; in particular the homeless and prisoners. You know the ones people don’t want “see” or pay any attention to.
It was a call I didn’t want to make to Arn because I didn’t want God to “expand my borders” to the invisible people. Yet, where would be my faith then. Do I not trust the God that has already blessed me beyond comprehension. I made the call……… and God showed up!
Arn is the director of the Genesis project in Milwaukee which works hard to serve the “invisible” citizens returning to communities from correctional facilities. I was intrigued how he used the term citizens to describe prisoners…. as if we should think of them any other way. Arn was just gifted a unused catholic convent to house the 7,000 prisoners (citizens) that will be re-introduced into the Milwaukee area this year. Re-entry of this group has a success rate less than a government program and Recidivism is almost 100%. They needed an effective curriculum for personal development, life skills training, financial literacy, parenting and mentoring. Life Leadership is a perfect fit! Quality of product, ease of use, cost affordable for low-funded programs, teaches self-study and provides a mentoring model in all the needed areas.
Enter the Life on life initiative. Before the initiative, I most likely would have passed on this opportunity because of my fears. But there is no coincidence that God crossed my path with Arn when the Life on life initiative started. my faith has been stretched, my prayer to expand my borders is constantly answered by God and I know He is carrying me through every challenge that goes through my mind.
Let’s see where God will take this. To be continued……….
“Therefore I command of you to be OPEN HANDED TO YOUR BROTHERS and toward the POOR AND NEEDY in your land.” Deuteronomy 15:11

Thanks for sharing that Matt. God always “shows up” when we open ourselves up to being used by Him! I believe there are no coincidences, we just see more clearly when we allow God into our decision making. Excited to see where God will lead you!

Wow! Great story already!! Looking forward to the updates Matt! Thank you for your leadership example! Your testimony at my first seminar with this community made quite an impression on me. You had witnessed the immediate aftermath of a bad accident on your drive to the seminar and in describing that scene to us attendees you wore your heart on your sleeve as you shared. Thanks for your courage in leadership!
Ryan Blakely says
Matt this is amazing! Reaching your hand out and pulling others up that have no structure program until you stepped into their lives. Thanks for opening our eyes and leading by example.

Thanks for sharing the Prayer of Jabez and referencing scripture, Genesis House Milwaukee and not caring who knows your convictions! Our strength as a community lies in our willingness to be transparent with ourselves, coaches, family, mentors, friends, public servants, and pastors. Thrilled we do not censor truth in these blogs. Had I seen your comment sooner, I would have gladly put this on blast last year. Your light shining so bright is inspiring in communities where: (to quote Dan Hawkins) “People quit people.” If our critics do not censor themselves, why should we censor ourselves or our critics? Can’t wait to see posts like yours go viral under power of Holy Spirit. These blogs and our forum will be unstoppable as we share Truth in love! Never back down sir! Courage In Action- Do the Do!

Chris, we are about to do our Life on Life Initiative on August 29th. We are so stinkin excited to help others! Our plan or anti plan acturally is NOT to have a plan!! lol sounds strange right!! Ok so our sorta plan will be a large group of us 200+ will be going into the city of Jansville WI. You see when the recession hit this once wonderful town took a hit the hope and pride disappeared!! Jansville had a VERY huge company that made cars(hint hint) and gave thousands of jobs good jobs! When that company closed their doors Jansville and the smaller surrounding towns got impacted!! We are going to go into Jansville and do DRAOK (Divine Random Acts Of Kindness)! God will lead this all the way. Im so blessed to be part of Life Leadership and I cant wait to pass this blessing on in Jansville Wi on Aug 29th!! ONE MILLION BABY!!

How awesome…..Life Leadership is making it cool to be kind and help others out! Since this initiative was announced, I have noticed that people are opening their eyes more to the opportunites to help out – right in their own neighborhoods. The opportunities were always there, but Chris Brady just helped us to remember to keep our eyes open for them, and then do something to help!
SO COOL!

I am really excited about getting to be a part of this initiative on the 29th…I love that life leadership does so much for people already, but something that let’s everyone get in there and give a hand up to those in need is awesome
Tony Klubertanz says
I have been a part of multiple companies that financially support very important initiatives for society. LIFE on LIFE is as much about “boots on the ground” as it is supporting others financially…and that really speaks to me. I can’t wait to make a difference in as many lives as possible through this initiative.
Gabrielle Ingram says
I was thrilled to hear about this initiative at the Summer Leadership Convention and even more thrilled when we checked out of the hotel and walked up to find our car covered in magnets. On day one we were magnet bombed. Haha. On the drive home my husband and I brainstormed on what type of community service we would do and one week later, as we had donated something to someone (yes, I’m being discreet), I stealthily transferred the magnets to a team members car. The beauty was that my Mom had come with us to Convention to watch our 2 month old son so that I could attend, and she was fascinated with the magnets all over our car. As we explained what they were for, she expressed amazement at the heart of the LIFE organization to create such an initiative and loved the fun way that the community was using to motivate people to participate. She too was in the conversation on how to give back so we could quickly magnet bomb someone else. I am so proud to be a part of LIFE.
